On 22 July 2011, Anders Breivik sent out thousands of the same email. The subject line read: "The Islamisation of Western Europe and the State of the European Resistance Movements", and attached was his 1500 page manifesto.
He then detonated a bomb in the government quarter of Oslo, before heading to the island of Utøya, where he would become Norway's worst mass murderer - after taking the lives of 77 people, mainly teenagers.
In this episode, Hannah and Suruthi take a look at the childhood and life that led Anders Breivik to carry out one of the worst European terror attacks of the last decade.
