And when that collection focuses on the macabre – like Nazi uniforms, murder weapons, and serial killer memorabilia (AKA “murderabilia”) – what is the collector hoping to gain?
In the words of Ed Gein, “Every man has to have a hobby”. Some bake sourdough bread, some go LARPing, and some collect items owned by the most sadistic and violent psychopaths in human history.
